‟I am new to Allevia Home Care, and so far I’m very satisfied, the staff came to my apartment to go through the initial set up meet and paperwork and brought with them a P. C. P. Who is working with me now M- F and a weekend helper came out to meet me later and get the run down. This past weekend was awesome and I’m pleased with the new agency. I Don’t change agencies as I like to be loyal to places who do go by me. I was with BB Angels for 5 years and they couldn’t staff my shifts, so it became a safety issue. Here I am so far very satisfied with my lovely PCP” s. God bless”.

— Carol L.

‟The 24-hour care that your agency provided for our mom was unparalleled. She had three caregivers, each as compassionate, dedicated, and hardworking as the next. Each caregiver worked eight-hour shifts, which enabled them to stay focused and well-rested, and in turn, provide the best care possible”.

— Client Daughter

“When my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, our close-knit family faced incredible difficulties finding experienced caregivers. We are endlessly thankful to the Allevia Home Care team for surrounding mom with compassion and stability. Their caregivers deliver support with household duties, daily activities and medication management. Clear care plans outlining mom’s needs and superb care coordination has greatly reduced stress. Our family is comforted knowing mom has consistent caring support”.

How To Get Started ?

3 Easy Steps To Home Care

  • Medicaid - Approved for Long Term Care

Skip this step if you don’t have Medicaid. If you are a Medicaid recipient, you will need to go through the approval process for Long Term Care services. After you get approved for Long Term Care, you will get a case manager assigned through your designated Case Management Agency (The Resource Exchange, Rocky Mountain Human Services, or Developmental Pathways). This designated case manager will need to be involved in the process of coming on board with Allevia Home Care.

  • Schedule a Home Assessment

Give us a call at (720) 500-4444, or complete our short home assessment form. Our office staff will contact you to set up a care meeting. Upon meeting, we can discuss all you/your loved one’s care needs, and how best Allevia can serve those needs.

  • Select The Right Caregiver

We personalize the caregiver selection process by matching you with someone who:

    • Has experience that aligns with your care needs
    • Fits well with your personality
    • Can accommodate the schedule you need
    • Who is kind and caring

If it’s not the right fit, just let us know and we will assign new staff immediately. Our goal is to have all parties involved comfortable and happy.
